General
The following terms and conditions apply to all car rental reservations made by the client (hereinafter referred to as "Client" or "You") with ALEKSIA AUTO Ltd., UIC 202516238, with registered office and address of management Burgas, Postal Code 8000, residence complex Zornitsa, building 82, floor 8, suite 807-08 (hereinafter referred to as "Lessor", "us" or "we"), at thewebsite, including its mobile version (hereinafter referred to as "greenrentacar.bg").
By using "greenrentacar.bg" and/or making a reservation for renting a car ("Reservation"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here (the "Terms"). Please make sure you read and understand the Terms before making your reservation.
The inclusion of "greenrentacar.bg" products or services at any time does not imply or warrant that those products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue offering any product/service at any time.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your Reservation will be the one published on "greenrentacar.bg" at the time of making the Reservation.
Reservation Conditions
A reservation can be made by individuals who do not carry out economic activity, have reached the age of 18, have not been placed under guardianship, and who:
have created a user profile for the use of "greenrentacar.bg" or have provided the required information through the reservation (booking) platform as an unregistered user;
have paid the minimum booking fee;
have accepted these Terms;
have confirmed that they are familiar with the Privacy Notice.
Creating a user profile is not a mandatory condition for making a Reservation, however only registered users have the opportunity to save data for Reservations, manage their Reservations online, receive information and inquiries about active and completed Reservations, enjoy discounts on customer loyalty programs, etc.
Terms of rental
Upon concluding the rental agreement, you undertake to provide a driving license [1] for the category corresponding to the vehicle specified in the Reservation and valid for the entire term of the rental agreement, as well as a registration certificate for driving licenses issued by the Republic of Bulgaria.
Tenants / persons listed as additional drivers / persons under the age of 21 or who have acquired the right to drive the relevant category of vehicles less than 3 (three) years prior to concluding the agreement, pay an additional fee.
The Lessor may provide additional conditions for renting certain categories of cars, e.g. different requirements for minimum age and experience and/ or higher deposit amount.
Rental Period
The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

Prices and fees
All prices are in Bulgarian levs (BGN) and/or Euros, compared to the BNB central rate and include 20% VAT.
The price is based on a 24-hour rental, except for fees that are stated to be paid once.
Vignette fees - The rental price includes a vignette fee for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Mileage - The base rental price includes unlimited mileage, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Fuel - If the car is returned with missing fuel, the same is paid extra, at prices specified in the general conditions by the Lessor.
Prepaid fuel - the Client prepays the value of the fuel and has the right to return the car with an incomplete tank without paying the missing fuel and administrative fee. The Lessor does not owe a refund for the available unused fuel.
Travel abroad - The rental price is valid for renting a car on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Pre-approval is required to rent a car for travel abroad, and the application must be sent at least 3 working days in advance. An additional one-time fee is charged for travel abroad. The Lessor may provide additional requirements depending on the selected country of destination.
Additional driver - the fee is paid per day for each additional driver. No more than one additional driver may be included, unless otherwise agreed in the individual Agreement.
Young driver - the fee is paid per day for the entire period of renting a car by a driver who does not meet the minimum requirements for age and/or period of holding the right to drive the relevant category of car.
Child seat - the fee for equipping the car with a child seat is paid per day. The Lessor is not responsible for the transportation of children in the rented car without the mandatory security systems, when such were not specified in the Reservation. The installation of the child safety system is the responsibility of the LESSEE and its value is not included in the fee.
Navigation - the fee is paid per day. There is no additional charge for cars equipped with a navigation system as standard.
Out of working hours - picking up or dropping off a car outside the established working hours from 09:00 to 19:00, as well as on public holidays - an additional one-time fee is charged.
Delivery/Collection - The delivery or collection service is free within a radius of 40 km from the location of the rented car for the locations Burgas and Sofia. Additional fee is paid in case the Lessee wants to pick-up/drop-off the car outside these locations and upon delivery/collection of the car to the address specified by the Client within the settlement where the Lessor has established locations or another specified by the Client. The delivery of the rented car in other settlements, except the ones indicated, is negotiated individually.
One-way rental - The service is provided when the LESSEE, after concluding the Rental Agreement, wishes to change the agreed drop-off place of the rented car. In this case, he/she pays fees according to the price list of the LESSOR, valid at the time of the change of the agreed drop-off place.
Mobile service group - The service is provided when the LESSEE, in case of damage or other obstacles to the movement of the rented car, wants to eliminate the damage/obstacles to traffic through roadside assistance organized by the LESSOR. In this case, the LESSEE pays fees set in the general conditions.
Seasonal equipment - the cars are duly equipped according to the seasonal requirements in force in the Republic of Bulgaria, which is included in the rental price.
Traffic violations
In case of fines and/or traffic violations, the client is charged the amount of the respective fine and/or violation, plus the respective penalty specified in the general conditions for renting cars, depending on the type of violation.
In case the Lessor receives a notification of a violation committed with the rented car, established by technical means or systems recording or filming the date, exact time of the violation and the registration number of the motor vehicle, the Lessor provides the control authorities with the Client’s and additional driver’s details as the pay-slip/penal decree is issued to the Client.
FULL PROTECTION - Relieves from liability for damage and theft. The renter can use it only if he/she has complied with the rules of the road and after presenting a road accident report or other document issued by the competent State authorities and returning the keys and documents of the car. The relief does not apply in the following cases:
The road accident was caused by the fault of the Client/additional driver or the respective damage is the result of culpable action of the Client, his/her representatives, employees or third parties accompanying him/her, as well as in cases where the road accident record states that it occurred due to"MUTUAL GUILT" and "UNDEFINED GUILT";
The client/additional driver or other persons to whom he/she has provided the use of the rented car have driven the car under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and/or narcotics;
The road accident or damage is caused intentionally by the Client, his/her representative or employee, the additional driver or third parties accompanying him/her;
The Client, his/her representative, employee or the additional driver has entrusted the management of the Leased Car to a person who is not specified as an additional driver in the Rental Agreement;
The road accident or damage occurred during or in connection with a crime committed by the Client, his/her representative, employee, additional driver or accompanying person;
The Client has not fulfilled the obligations stipulated in the Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions to it in case of an accident or other accident with the rented car;
Theft, damage or loss of wipers, antenna, tires, wheels, mirrors, registration number, accessories, keys or documents of the rented car;
Missing parts and damage to the interior of the rented car;
Methods of payment
Upon completion of the Reservation, it is necessary for the Client to prepay the amount by bank card.
Prepayment of the Reservation can be made through:
debit card;
credit card - Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Upon guaranteeing the Reservation with a bank card, it will be authorized for the final amount of the rent until the expiration of the period for receiving the car.
In case of guaranteeing the Reservation with a bank card, the Client pays the amount due upon concluding the lease agreement.
An obligatory condition for concluding a lease agreement is the provision of a deposit. The deposit is provided in cash or authorized by the Client's bank card. Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted and the card must be valid for the rental period.
Change or cancellation of the Reservation
By confirming the Reservation, the Client agrees with the rental price and additional fees, category and type of vehicle, start and end date and time of the rental period, place of pick-up and drop-off of the car, additional equipment of the vehicle and other conditions specified in the rental Reservation.
It is considered that the Lessor has accepted the Reservation by sending a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address specified by the Client, containing details of the Reservation. To complete correctly and secure your Reservation, you must use a valid e-mail address. We are not responsible for claims related to the execution of the Reservation in case of incorrect or incorrectly entered e-mail addresses or incorrect or incomplete (mobile) phone numbers.
If a specific car model is explicitly indicated in the Reservation, the Reservation binds the Lessor to provide a car of the specified class or higher, and basic characteristics /transmission, equipment level/ at the discretion and according to the cars available in the Lessor's fleet.
The client has the right to change or cancel his/her Reservation by calling 0700 700 22 or e-mail: reservations@greenrentacar.bg. Customers who have a “greenrentacar.bg“ user profile have the opportunity to change or cancel their reservation from the Current Reservations menu in their “greenrentacar.bg” account.
Any change in the Reservation must be approved by the Lessor.
Upon cancellation of the Reservation, the Client owes a cancellation penalty as follows:
in case of cancellation up to 72 hours before the start date and time of the rent - no penalty;
in case of cancellation up to 48 hours before the start date and time of the rental - 30% of the final price of the Reservation;
in case of cancellation up to 24 hours before the start date and time of the rental - 50% of the final price of the Reservation;
in case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the start date and time of the rental - 100% of the final price of the Reservation.
The Lessor deducts the amount of the cancellation fee from the amount prepaid by the Client, and the remaining amount is refunded within 7 working days to the bank account specified by the Client.
In case the Reservation is guaranteed with a bank card, the Lessor has the right to use the amount of the cancellation penalty.
Signing an Agreement
The Client undertakes to conclude an Agreement for renting the reserved car until the date and time specified in the Reservation for receiving the reserved car in the office of the Lessor or the address specified by him/her for Delivery/Return of the rented car.
In case the Client does not have a registered user profile, it is necessary to bring the confirmation of the Reservation printed or in electronic format on a mobile device.
In case of delay by the Client, the reserved car is guaranteed for up to 1 hour. After this period the car is released and can be given to another Client, as the Reservation is considered canceled by the Client and the Lessor is entitled to a cancellation penalty of 100% of the final price of the Reservation.
The Lessor has the right to refuse to enter into a rental agreement for a reserved car, as well as to receive a penalty for cancellation of the Reservation in the amount of 100% of the final price of the Reservation, in the following cases:
The client and/or additional driver does not have a valid driving license and Registration certificate;
The client and/or additional driver are visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or narcotics;
In case the Client and/or additional driver, respectively legal entities represented by them, have unfulfilled obligations to the Lessor under previous Agreements;
In case of aggressive behavior by the Client and/or additional driver or use of offensive or obscene words to the Lessor’s staff;
In case the Client does not have a child safety system and such is not requested with the Reservation, when data are available that the Client will transport children for whom the use of such a system is mandatory;
Final provisions
For the convenience of the Clients, it is possible that the original Bulgarian version of these Terms is available on "greenrentacar.bg” translated into other languages. In the event of a dispute regarding the content or interpretation of these Terms, or inconsistencies and differences between the Bulgarian version and the version in any other language, the Bulgarian language version shall prevail.
These Terms, as well as the provision of our services, are governed by and construed in accordance with Bulgarian law.
Any dispute regarding the services and Reservations provided through “greenrentacar.bg” should be resolved by the competent Bulgarian Court.
[1] The driving License may be:
issued by the Ministry of Interior under the terms and conditions of the Road Traffic Act;
issued by a European Union Member State, or by another State Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, or by the Swiss Confederation, provided that the Client has reached the minimum age required by the Road Traffic Act for the relevant category;
issued in another country under the following conditions:
the State in which it is issued is a Contracting Party to the Convention on Road Traffic and the Certificate meets the requirements of Annex 6 to the Convention;
the State in which it is issued is a Contracting Party to the Agreement between the Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty concerning the Status of their Armed Forces under the terms of Art. IV, letter "a" therein;
the License is accompanied by a legalized translation into Bulgarian;
the License is international and meets the requirements of Annex № 7 to the Convention on Road Traffic.
