  • Where can I rent/return the car?
  • We operate mainly in the territory of Burgas region.  Our main locations are Burgas airport, Pomorie, Aheloy, Ravda, Nesebar, Slanchev Bryag, Sveti Vlas and the Southern Black Sea Coast – Kraymorie, Chernomorets, Sozopol, Dyuni and Primorsko. You can find full information here.
  • Do you offer delivery to hotel/address?
  • Green Rent A Car offers delivery to each hotel or address in the locations it services 
  • What is the working time of Green Rent A Car?.
  • The central office of Green Rent A Car is in Burgas, 19 Industrialna Str. (Toyota showroom). The working time is from 09:00 to 18:00, from Monday to Friday.  The offices service customers also in non-working time upon prior appointment and charge.
  • Is there an additional payment if the time or renting or returning is in non-working hours?
  • The Non-Working Hours charge is to the amount of 30 € for services in the time interval between 8:00-8:59 and between 18:00- 21:00.
  • Can the car be returned at a location different from the one it was taken from?
  • The taking and returning of the car may be done at each single location operated by Green Rent A Car. Depending on the distance, you may be charged an additional fee which is calculated automatically in the process of booking.
  • Is it allowed to go abroad?
  • Only with a placed request and received explicit consent of Green Rent A Car, you may visit neighbouring countries in the car rented  by your (Greece, Macedonia, Serbia, Romania and the European part of Turkey). Administrative fee is charges depending on the rented class of car. The deposit is doubled.
  • Is there a minimal age for renting a car?
  • The minimal age is 21 years, the driver should have had a driving licence for at least 3 years. The lessee who do not comply with those requirements shall pay Young Driver fee of 6 €/day and a double deposit. Limitations are possible.
  • Are there limitations in the mileage the rented car can travel?
  • There are no limitations in the mileage of the rented car.
  • Is the fuel paid or it is included in the price?
  • The automobile is given with a full tank and should be returned full. In case of shortage of fuel at returning, the customer shall pay the fuel shortage at a price of 1,50 EUR and a charge to the amount of 10 €, except if Prepaid Fuel charge is paid in advance.
         We recommend that you use mainly petrol stations from well-known chains such as OMV, Shell, Petrol, LUKOIL, Gazprom, Rompetrol.
        ! IMPORTANT ABOUT TOYOTA HYBRIDS: All hybrid cars of TOYOTA are to be refuelled with PETROL.
  • Should I make a down payment in order to book a car online?
  • When you book through our internet site, you can choose partial down payment or full down payment. Only after paid amount, we can guarantee the booking of the desired car.
  • НIs a credit card necessary to rent a car? Can I use a debit card?
  • When you rent a car, it is necessary to give a deposit using a credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard). The amount of the deposit is not withdrawn from your account, it is only blocked! After the end of the rental period, it is automatically unblocked within 30 days. The deposit varies in the range 150 – 500 € depending on the car class. The deposit also be paid cash and the amount in increased by 100%.

  • Is there any discount for regular customers?
  • The regular customers of Green Rent A Car receive an additional discount that is based on the number of actually made bookings. You can get more information about MyGreen program on this site.
  • Is the road charge (vignette) included in the price?
  • The price includes road charge – vignette for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
  • What insurances are included in the price?
  • The mandatory Third Party Motor Liability Insurance is included in the price of the car.  We recommend FULL PROTECTION insurance that guarantees the returning of the deposit in case of incident and releasing of the administrative charge in case of incident. You will be provided a substituting car and free of charge road assistance as necessary.
  • Is there any payment for an additional driver?
  • You may choose one additional driver and the charge is 1.50 €/day (max. 30 €).
  • What should be done if you wish to go abroad?
  • It is necessary to place an explicit inquiry to the correspondence e-mail or use our contact form. Only with an explicit consent from you, it is acceptable that you go abroad depending on the country selected by you.
  • What are the methods of payment for online booking?
  • The payment methods are: credit or debit card, bank transfer and PayPal. The site is protected by certificate. The transactions of the site are protected by 256-bit encryption.

  • I made a booking in the site, what follows next?
  • Within 24 hours after the booking is sent, we will send you an e-mail with a confirmation and a link to your voucher. You have access to it also from your personal MyGreen account.
  • Do I have to print the voucher?
  • It is recommended that you print the voucher. For your convenience, we give the option to download a .pdf of the voucher and produce it directly from your smartphone or tablet.
  • Can changes be done of the booking?
  • Your personal account allows changes of the booking. Log in on MyGreen and use the Changes menu.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
  • This is possible through your personal account. The booking may be cancelled/changes within 72 hours before the beginning of the rental period without charging any fee. For cancellation of booking less than 72 hours before the beginning of the rental period, a fee is charged to an amount depending on the remaining period until the specified starting date and time of the rental period.
  • Will I be refunded the money in case of cancellation of booking?
  • Yes but with cancellation of booking less than 72 hours before the beginning of the rental period, a fee will be charged as follows:
with a cancellation up to 48 hours before the starting date and time of the rent – 30 % of the final price of the Booking but not more than the value of the Booking for 1 day;
with a cancellation up to 24 hours before the starting date and time of the rent – 50 % of the final price of the Booking but not more than the value of the Booking for 2 days;
with a cancellation of less than 24 hours before the starting date and time of the rent – 100 % of the final price of the Booking but not more than the value of the Booking for 3 days.
  • Will I be met at Burgas airport?
  • You will be met in Arrival hall of Burgas airport by our employee. You can recognize them by Green Rent A Car.
  • What is the procedure if our flight is cancelled/changed?
  • Our rent-a-car agents follow the flight schedule but you should inform us in advance about any change.

  • What should I bring for the renting of the car?
  • The necessary documents are: valid driving licence, passport and ID card. It is recommended that you have with you your voucher and a credit card for the deposit.
  • What is the procedure for renting a car?
  • A rental agreement will be filled in and you will receive a copy of it. You will pay the amount of the rent and the additional options, if any. A full down payment may be done also before the beginning of the rental period. You may make additional insurances. A deposit will be authorized from your credit card (it is unblocked within 30 days after the end of the rental period). The deposit may be given in cash and the amount is increased by 100%. You will inspect the car for damages. With a presence of scratches or other damages, they will be noted on the statement of acceptance and delivery/agreement.
  • What is the refundable deposit?
  • The deposit is a fixed amount of money that is retained when the car is given. The money remain blocked on your card until the end of the rental period and they are to be used for guarantee for covering the expenses for repair in case of a possible damage (not valid in case of purchased FULL PROTECTION insurance and presence of Police certificate). The deposit may be paid cash and the cash amount is increased by 100%.
  • What happens if I am late to return the car?
  • If the customer is late to return the car after the end of their rental agreement, they are charged fee as follows: up to 4 hours – one rental day: more than 4 hours – 2 rental days; more than 8 hours – 3 rental days.

  • What happens if I have an accident during the rental period?
  • In case of incident, you must call the contact phone specified in the rental agreement and telephone 112 to inform the competent authorities (Police).
  • Can I extend the rental period during the rent?
  • You should inform in advance that you want to extend the rent. You will be asked to visit an office of Green Rent A Car in order to sign a new agreement. In case of impossibility to extend the rent of the particular car due to its entering a new rent, you will be offered an alternative one.
  • What happens if I return the car earlier than planned?
  • The price of your whole rent will be re-calculated at the standard price list for the used period + 3 rental days.
  • What happens if I lose the keys or documents of the car?
  • You should immediately notify about that. There is a charge for lost documents, registration plates, GPS navigation or car keys and the relevant penalty in Euro at the official tariff available at the company offices.

  • What happens if the car is returned with damages?
  • With the absence of the relevant insurance and a certificate from the Police, the customer is liable for the amount of the damage. We recommend that you purchase an additional FULL PROTECTION insurance.

  • When is the deposit from my credit card unblocked?
  • On the day of receiving the car, the amount of the deposit is blocked /authorized/ from your credit card and then, it is unblocked within 30 days after the end of the rent /cancellation of authorization/.  If the deposit was paid cash, the amount is refunded when the automobile is returned following performed inspection and accepted full set of documents.

  • How can I create a profile in MyGreen?
  • When you book a car online, you get a username and password for your personal account (MyGreen). You may create your account here.
  • What privileges does MyGreen give me?
  • MyGreen Ви allows to:
Accumulate a personal discount with each subsequent reservation.
Review the history of your reservations.
Review and print your voucher.
  • What is the booking voucher used for?
  • The booking voucher gives full information about the booked services. Each voucher has a serial number and customer details.
  • If I need to cancel my booking, can I do it from my account?
  • Enter your MyGreen profile.
Choose the booking you want to cancel and press the Cancellation button.
 Specify the reason for cancellation in the comment box.
Press the Send button.
  • Can I change the password for my account?
  • Enter your MyGreen profile.
Choose Settings.
 Fill in the Current Password, New Password and Repeat boxes.
 Press the Save button.
  • I have more made reservations than my MyGreen account specifies.
  • If you notice inconsistency between the number of reservations shown in your profile and the actual number of made reservations, please, contact us.
